• Use an ice pack off and on for the first day to reduce swelling and discomfort
• Avoid any strenuous workouts or activities for at least one week after the procedure, and then only with doctor’s orders and approval afterward
• Manage seasonal allergies with medication to reduce complications while healing from nasal surgery
• Contact your surgeon at any time if you experience oozing or extensive bleeding at any point after the procedure
